This Privacy Policy explains how Foxelpie India Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") handles your information across our stores at sslstore.in and buyssl.in. This is a draft for review by our legal advisers.

Information we collect

We collect the details you provide to place an order and obtain a certificate - such as your name, email, phone, company, billing address, GSTIN (if provided) and validation contacts - along with certificate request data (for example the domain and CSR) and technical data needed to process payments and issue certificates. If you apply for SEZ zero-rating, we also collect the SEZ / Letter-of-Approval details and the approval document you upload.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders and payments, issue and manage certificates with the Certificate Authority, raise GST invoices and credit notes, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with: the relevant Certificate Authority (through our certificate provider) to validate and issue your certificate; our payment gateways (such as Razorpay) to process payments and refunds; and our email provider to send you transactional messages. Some of these providers may process data outside India. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: integration secrets are stored encrypted, sensitive documents such as SEZ approvals are stored with restricted access, and full card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.

Data retention

We keep invoices, credit notes and related records for as long as required under applicable tax and company law, and retain other personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site - for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

Your choices

You may contact us to access or correct your account information, or to request deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal and tax purposes.
